Release notes updated by Freesnöw.

New option "Always Load" to fully toggle off packs that aren't in use.  Toggling packs off prevents them from automatically loading when you change maps.  An unloaded marker pack can be loaded at any time, by manually loading it using the new "Load Marker Pack" option.  By default, all packs will load on every map change.

New option to remove the background on info text popups or truly not show them.

New pressing ESC will close info text popup windows.
