main: Set app-id #216

This ensures the correct app-id is set in toplevel windows so shells can pick up the correct icon.

@agx Thank you! Does this mean the StartupWMClass=app.fotema.Fotema in the desktop file can be removed? Or should that stay?

I think it can be dropped as the desktop file now matches the app-id sent by the toplevel.
