Hi blitz-js devs :slightly_smiling_face:

I am creating this Pull Request to help with the issue #1, during the Hacktoberfest.

This Pull Request translates the file app/pages/docs/what-is-nextjs.mdx in french.

Hi @Xav83,

thank you very much for this PR ! However, I don't know if Blitz.js documentation is in a stable enough state to accept PRs. I am asking other maintainers and as soon as I have a positive answer, I will update this repo (it has not been synced with the main repo for a while).
