chore: allow superjson v2 #92

from the changelog of superjson v2, I'd assume we can "just upgrade", nothing should break.

Plugin should support esm, not only bumping superjson:

I've published a fork on npm. It seems to work: https://www.npmjs.com/package/next-superjson2

I've just made same the changes that were made here and published it. It should work. Edit: It's temporary. After the issue is fixed here, I will remove the package.

Hey @orionmiz is this project abandoned? If contributions are needed I'd be happy to submit a resolution for this issue.
