Allowed for markdown style elements to appear in <pre> untouched #6

This allows for valid monkey command line #Rem to not be wrapping in an h1. Also allowed for a closing pre tag to appear at the end of a source line (an example of which is in Language Reference.txt just above "### The Int type"

Also included my mods to the page template for docs (details in the commit message)

Thanks for these, but I'm currently working on a new a version of George that is more bmx 'makedocs'-like to allow 3rd parties an easy way to doc their stuff. I think the new version has all of these, except perhaps 

 at EOL, which I'll add myself - please remind me if I forget!
