Added a WorldInfo data access convenience class #45

Okay, here's a PR for the WorldInfo additions, plus a bit of docs on the main README about what's currently supported. This is working fine for my map viewer, so should be good to go! Thx!

This will close #42 (which, it seems has ballooned in scope somewhat since the original posting)
