Implement Imgur API for the Gallery Page #11

Since its ideally not good to have images within the project, we thought it would be better to have the images from our events to be hosted on a third party service such as Imgur. The Gallery Page is going to pull in all of the images from our various events. There will be some modifications made down the road to the page as the number of images grow.

Is there an e-mail I can use for OAuth2 purposes? Should I still look into Flickr for backup?

Good question. @mdiarra3 Do you know the answer to that? And yeah you can use Flickr for backup purposes. Whatever Image holding API you can use to pull the images from is completely fine with me.
