Meets Expectations (with image url fix)
Great job on this, and looking at the code I can tell locally this would look close to spec for you. The only problem being that the images would not load for me using those pathlinks. Take a look at the link I left and get those fixed. Other than the images everything else was great, proper use of divs, spans, classes/ids, comments this was fantastic so it still met expectations but I would like you to fix your images paths. Next, try to spice up the page, maybe add a background image for the header or some colors to the divs. Coolors.co has some cool schemes you can check out. Another idea is centering the image and text so it's not all left aligned.
