for VGG19 would suggest to perform training operation. by retraining model on custom dataset/own dataset. by changing certain layers and acquire result on data. for customization of VGG19 layers, you can refer InceptionNet project

also in this commit you have EyeDetection File please avoid that file in this commit

For the time being, I have deleted the problematic files from this commit. You can merge this, I will add the last project(VGG19) by tomorrow or tonight maybe.
