Stream paused on discord when alt-tabbed/in background

Describe the bug Using anime-4k causes the stream to be frozen on a frame when alt-tabbed

To Reproduce

1. Use any anime4k filter
2. alt-tab whilst streaming your mpv to discord

Expected behavior The stream continues

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10

• Version v4.x (downloaded the newest version from here)

• GTX 1080

• MPV v0.35.0-436-g1c82d6ae

Additional context The way to fix the freezing, you can add # gpu-api=vulkan in mpv.conf but then you can't use any filters.
