Small lags when activated, both with low-end and high-end template. #208

Describe the bug When the 4K enhancement is activated, there are small lags. It happens on both low-end and high-end templates, with the same amount of lags.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Ctrl+1 to activate the filters, image is upscaled however lag appears.
Ctrl+0 to deactivate filters, lags disappear.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: MacOS 14.0
Anime4K Version: 4.0.1
GPU: M2 Pro
Media Player: IINA 1.3.3

By "lags" do you mean frames drop? The M2 Pro should be more than capable of playing the low-end GPU version smoothly. My suggestion would be for you to try Homebrew MPV since it's optimized for Apple Silicon. You will also be to debug as well. Screenshot 2023-10-22 at 04 16 11 I'm using the base M2 and I can run Anime4K: Mode A (Fast) smoothly with no frames drop.
