Mempool - add logic to capture event id

Two possible use cases:

• If the transaction amount in the project creation transaction does end with 000 (e.g. 10000), then OP_RETURN script contains NOSTR event ID which should be stored in event_id column of the angor_projects table.
• If the transaction amount in the project creation transaction doesn't end with 000 (e.g. 10001), then OP_RETURN script contains NOSTR event ID which should be stored in npub column of the angor_projects table.

Suggestion

• /api/query/Angor/projects/{projectId} endpoint should return an array of event_ids.
