Speech recognition #19

This is a task to do a spike (limited time to do research) on speech recognition and see how good it can be running on local device. It would be neat to have "Search with your voice" capability like YouTube.

Anyone can take up this task and see if they can implement a quick prototype that allows speech recognition for short sentences to perform searches within the browser, without relying on external APIs.
