Add logs on the indexer #104

We need logs and lots of them, this task is a break down of a few smaller tasks

add debug logs everywhere (see fullnode as example)
change what is now debug log to information log
allow to specify the ns that is logged with debug=ns (see fullnode for example)
allow to log to disk and console
