Add export of individual private key on identity tools #312

It should be possible to export individual private key on the identity tools page. This can be used for Nostr and perhaps other scenarios.

Use the new npub format when exporting to Nostr, use normal hex for other identities.

It should require user password and give warning, similar to secret recovery phrase reveal: image
