Adds the ability to add -r to the session or run command and it will resume an existing session.
Implemented in this PR
message deserialisation
new resume options in cli for session and run, also added session naming for run
retry generating session name if starting a new session without specifying a name but generated name already exists.
Errors if attempting to resume without an existing session file or if starting a new session but the file already exists. (messaging display needs to be cleaned up)
moved messages vector to be on the session struct for ease of use.
Decided not to persist image contents in the session file.
