Kyberswap Pools: rename to Legacy and add new #190

Previously, the factory contract (and pool contracts derived from it) was 0x5f1dddbf348ac2fbe22a163e30f99f9ece3dd50a. That contract is now labeled as Legacy in the block explorer

The new factory contract is 0xC7a590291e07B9fe9E64b86c58fD8fC764308C4A

Renamed the existing tables to Legacy, i.e: ElasticPool_* -> ElasticLegacyPool_* and ElasticFactory_* -> ElasticLegacyFactory_*
Added table ABIs using https://nansen-contract-parser-prod.web.app/
