fix: normalize address (with `.toLowerCase()`) when passing in an address to be set as a current account

Changes:

• When setting an account as the currently selected account in the snap, the address is now normalized with .toLowerCase() due to some issues where Masca would treat e.g. 0xdE32Cf... and 0xde32cf... as two separate accounts.
• currentAccount param is renamed to account.
