Description

Multiple wallets under my management are exhibiting critical issues. Upon login attempts, I encounter a persistent "passing bag" error that requires a reload and re-login. Once logged in, the system incorrectly indicates that my account is linked to another wallet ID. Furthermore, all wallets appear empty and devoid of transaction history. Alarmingly, all wallet IDs are displaying the same 12-word backup phrase, which should be unique to each wallet.

Expected Behavior

Each wallet should retain its unique transaction history and balance. The 12-word backup phrase should be distinct for each wallet ID. The login process should be seamless without errors, and wallet details should accurately reflect the individual characteristics and records of each wallet.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Attempt to log in with wallet ID and password.
  2. Encounter "passing bag" error, necessitating a reload and re-login.
  3. Observe incorrect linking to another wallet ID post-login.
  4. Note the absence of funds and transaction history.
  5. Confirm that all wallet IDs share the same 12-word backup phrase.

Nothing is solved and blockchain support is so horrible. They can't do anything on their own system.
