Calculate transaction size #418

Hello,

I'd like to calculate my transaction size before sending it. I want the exact size, not an estimated one. How could I please do that?

I'd need to do that in order to substract the fee from the sent satoshi amount, so if for example, an user wants to withdraw all of its balance (which is on his own Bitcoin address on my wallet) using my website, he will receive it all (minus fees). How could I please do that?
