Balance null **Check HD Account Balance** #446

About 2 days ago noticed that the balance is now showing null.

Check HD Account Balance and another related endpoint that contains the balance property is the same null.

Don't see the reported issued with the same situation.

Service v0.26.3, Node v10.16.3
