Request API code returns 500 error #455

I need API solution for generate BTC wallet. In my case, I need API code.

Documentation:

An API code is required for wallet creation and higher request limits. For basic usage, no API code is required. Request an API code here. And that url returns: 500: Could not get a resource from the pool

How can I get API code?
