Disappearing xPubs and Lost Bitcoins #506

I created some xPubs to receive payment with Receive Payment API to my wallet. But those xPubs was disappeared from my wallet. I got 5 payments to those xPubs. Now I can't access that money. Below is listed the details of those payments:

Is the xpub generated by electrum matching your xpub ? Try different derivation paths mentioned in Step 4. You can also click on Detect Accounts .

Great thanks to @blockonomics. They solved my problem and helped me get my fund back. Together, with the help of site 'https://iancoleman.io/bip39/', find the private key of lost xpub and on Electrum wallet, I got the funds. @blockonomics was so helpful in this issue even it is a blockchain.com issue. blockchain.com support didn't try to solve the problem for 8 months. Shame on you, @blockchain...

Summary of the issue

Blockchain used to allow users to create multiple wallets. They have recently removed this and also not showing balances of the older wallets. Now only two wallets are shown Segwit and Legacy (this corresponds to the first old wallet)

Recovering Funds

Put you seed as BIP39 Mnemonic in https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
Goto BIP44 tab and change Account field. Account 0 will corresponding to first wallet. Account 1 to second wallet so on.. Keep changing Account till the Account Extended Public Key matches your desired wallet
To know the BTC balance of the wallet, you can search the Account Extended Public Key on blockonomics.co
To recover funds import Account Extended Private Key into electrum

Please beware there are many fake cryptocurrrency investment platforms out there, I got scammed twice before I met a genius hacker who helped retrieve my bitcoin.
