Wrong captcha #556

I've begun to receive this error, when I try to create new wallet using api/v2/create ( {"success":false,"message":"Wrong captcha"}). Everything was working before. I am running node service and sending my requests to it. Service v0.26.3, Node v6.4.0

this shows in putty on blockchain report error: {"success":false, "message":"wrong captcha"}

I know!! I have seen it all, Blockchain is korrupt and black, i feel enormous responsobility to get that out to the masses!!! And i now how
