Leaving public note works half of the time only #111

See that https://blockchain.info/address/12C4Ua3zZHJWMyuZ4MTUZaZm3KPNFgo69A# Notice like that "Public Note: @S0AndS0 720¤ x 0.000007941 = 0.00571752 BTC from BitBiz.io" was left for EACH of the transactions there, yet as you can see it works only for several of them.

They all have been send the same way using the custom send.

Those are transactions for community owned forum where all the spending is transparent. You can see the rest of the transaction and the notices that were intendted to be left here: http://bitbiz.io/threads/2-official-public-accounting-thread.156/

Notes can only be attached to transactions where all outputs are greater than 0.005 BTC.
