"Review Payment" button should read "Send Payment" in Shared Coin view #56

In the Shared Coin view, when a user clicks on the Review Payment button, the transaction is immediately initiated. The dialog has a Cancel button, but it is disabled. I sent a pull request for the Chrome extension, but this is not possible for web wallet because the html source code is not public (server generated).
