One radio button at the top of the glossary #2

The glossary should have one (= 1) radio button at the top of the glossary that toggles between “latest” | “historical reference” (via commit hash)

After CTWG meeting of July 1: Only xrefs remain to be handled, because consistency of local repo def - refs is human activity.
