Network params for btc test3

I trying to use that params https://github.com/Bit-Wasp/bitcoin-php/blob/master/src/Network/Networks/BitcoinTestnet.php for btc test3 But address in generate on my code is wrong. How fix that ? Can you say me correct params for that network .
