DOC,SEC: Docs not available over HTTPS

In updating https://github.com/yoloseem/awesome-sphinxdoc , I noticed that the blockdiag docs are not available over HTTPS?

A couple different solutions which have free TLS certs:

• GitHub Pages
• ReadTheDocs
• CloudFlare
