3.0.0: test suite is unisg `sphinx-testing` which is no longer maintained as changed to read-only #23

Yeah lloks like module may be already abandoned https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx-testing/ I'm not sure is it any other sphiinx modules testing framework for sphinx 4.x.

Yes. Nose and sphinx-testing have already been abandoned.

The successors of them are pytest and sphinx.testing package that is a part of Sphinx. So we have to migrate to them.

Nowadays, I've spent my free time on Sphinx. So it's not planned. I'm welcome contributions from others.
