[ ] ENS avatar component should display a loading state while image is being loaded and have a boring avatar if no avatar is set for the given address in ENS metadata;
[ ] ENS primary name should be used when exists but Ethereum address ellipsed should be used when no primary ENS name for the given address.
This component will be the profile card in the dApp
