[ Bug ]: 锁定 p-queue 版本，到 6.6.2 #154

详细描述

jianchao 反馈，目前 uploader p-queue 为7.×，排查了一下，发现 uppy 的依赖有多个版本的 p-queue，需要 resolution 一下
