The Adobe block list is blocking www.adobe.com, www.behance.net and I see other hosts there too that have no indication of being used for telemetry like assets.adobe.com, creativecloud.com, fonts.adobe.com, licenses.adobe.com, among others. It seems the list includes anything related to Adobe.
This list https://github.com/PJGitHub9/PJsAdobeBlocklist/blob/main/Adobe%20Major%20Updated%20Blocklist.txt, which seems it's based on, not only blocks telemetry (which I'm not even sure is their intention), it blocks access to anything Adobe, you can even read in their headers/comments they specify the purpose of each section.
