Why you believe this to be a false positive:

Those are CDN. They are not the domains serving ads, and they're legitimate. Daum is a South Korean website similar to the Google ecosystem (search engine, news, webmail, blogging…).
Here are some example URLs that need those domains whitelisted to function:

https://www.daum.net/ (the whole website is broken because of the daum.net filter)
https://v.daum.net/v/96kkPkVsQN (pictures are broken because of the t1.daumcdn.net filter)

They do not belong on tracking either. As I said, they're legitimate domains. The tracking domains associated to daum.net are already blocked.
