Good luck with any changes to https://github.com/blocklistproject/Lists, as it appears unmaintained. This comment is based on the fact the last change (commit) to this project was way back to the Jan 8, 2024 with the https://github.com/blocklistproject/Lists/commit/f2bdd1deab05f6a22739671cc20a17444e53699f commit

A important thing to keep in mind about @mypdns project is we primary are a library for why stuff are ended up on any of the lists, and the lists then only reflects these rulings.

Alternative to report Phishing is https://github.com/mitchellkrogza/phishing where I'm among the captains that can push any valid reports. Again, please follow the issue templates as I do make seance for those who are handling the issues and for other readers.
