chore: Upgrade Capsule Dependencies to Latest Versions

Description

This PR updates the dependencies for the @web3-onboard/capsule package to the latest versions:

Upgraded @usecapsule/react-sdk from ^2.3.1 to ^3.7.0 Upgraded @usecapsule/wagmi-v2-integration from ^1.7.1 to ^2.8.0
