XBridge log files pruning #564

Currently xbridge logs go on for ever until disk is full. xbridge generates huge amounts of logs, maybe keep 7 days worth of logs

If the logs were simply called xbridge.log and xrouter.log then they would be amenable to manipulation by logrotate. Simples! Operators could choose their own criteria for size/frequency/number to retain.

Alternatively (or as well) we could have a maxlogsize parameter and prune the logs on

servicenode restart or
reload of xbridge/xrouter configs or
(new) logprune RPC is invoked
