Reverts blocknetdx/exrproxy-env#116

I don't know how I approved and merged this PR, but it was a mistake. Not all the checklist items have been tested yet. (I have to stop working so late at night!)

Changed my mind. Closed this PR. No need to revert that merge of #116. There is only one minor item left to test on that, and that test will likely pass.
