Restoring from secret words (seed phrase) results in missing funds #160

Steps to reproduce:

  1. have a positive balance of BLOCK (only BLOCK LTC and SYS assets have been tested so far but it could apply to others)
  2. start XLite and choose to restore from backup of 12 secret words (seed phrase)
  3. some BLOCK funds missing
  4. close XLite
  5. increase address count by 50 in asset config (eg on mac: app support > cloudchains > settings > ltc.json)
  6. relaunch XLite
  7. missing BLOCK appears

Expected: all balances should be restored correctly after restoring from seed phrase.
