Add support for sending funds to segwit addresses #164

Where an asset natively supports Native SegWit (bech32) address format, XLite wallet should be able to to send to an address of this type.

Currently SYS and LTC sends to segwit addresses are failing with error: failed to send transaction

BTC hasn't been tested as yet.

To do:

[ ] implement Native SegWit (bech32) address support for all assets that support it - SYS, LTC... check for any others too on Cloudchains back-end wallets
