Remove asset search field #188

Temporarily remove the asset search field as this was originally designed for when XLite supported more than just 7 assets!

[ ] remove search field
[ ] add visual separator between nav and asset buttons (design to follow)

QA:

[ ] asset search field is not visible on any screens
[ ] visual separation between nav and asset buttons
