Flickering UI when refreshing notes #26

  1. Tap the refresh button in the notes panel / drawer
  2. Observe the UI flicker where other text can be seen momentarily

Thank you! This is one of the things fixed in 7b9ff7319466225c12c666dc27a653cd894f8cb3.

I actually had to roll this back for now. I'll look into it later, I don't think it's high priority.
