Remove activeadmin version upper limit from gemspec #3

ActiveAdmin recently reached version 2.0.0. The theme still works correctly with the new version but the dependency in gemspec is too strict. This PR loosens the depenency limit.

lol 😄 Sorry for replying so late @filippoliverani. Thank you for your PR. In the end I preferred to update the Active Admin version dependency to 2.X
