Steem Switchboard with detailed link options for specialist steem sites #6

Detect tags used by sites such as dtube, dsound and utopian, and then offer an extra contextual menu link to appropriate content on the specialist site.

Import appropriate favicons.

This should be done with a special steemswitch webpage rather than adding links into the taskbar menu. The taskbar menu could just have an additional link to the special webpage.
