Zooming the Block Canvas #3

The latest version of Blockly now supports zooming. We definitely want to integrate this in! Should be a simple merge.

I've pulled it in, but I have to think further about whether to use it. Seems nice, but we aren't intending to let students write very big programs. We'll have to see if there's some other way we want to use it. For now... CLOSE.
