Updates to Settings Page #15

What this does

This just updates the UI a bit for the settings page, along with using hooks for state and logic. Some minor loading/feedback has been added too.

It's a bit buggy for me. Repro steps:

  1. Uncheck either checkbox
  2. Type into the email field
  3. The checkbox is automatically re-checked
