Move files to `private` whenever possible. #15

Move files to private whenever possible.

For example, I suspect that warnoff under https://github.com/blockwise-direct-search/bds/tree/main/tests can be moved to private.

This is ONLY AN EXAMPLE. Please check ALL the files.
