PR Requirements:
[ ] Summarize changes This PR disables delegate deposits for Investin's Mango-based Market-Making Funds. Since there is no way to disable delegate deposits on the Mango program, it will be helpful to disable it from UI currently until some program changes are planned.
Approach: check if the mango Account's owner is a PDA created by the Investin's Program if so then disable the deposits into the mango Account.
