The first one should say sorry due to my PR out of the scope of our workflow, I guess.
My suggestion - use GlobalExceptionHandler as a middleware with specific Exceptions.
It is rough RP not final - as an example for understanding all benefits of it.
Please by ability look in it and add some comments where we agree and disagree - I open to question.
If finally, the community agrees then I will update this with a full update.
