Merge the code in the dev branch to the miain branch #339

For code collaborative development, it was decided to merge a large number of differences in the dev branch into the main branch. This modification is a very large difference modification, so the merge record is left. The current .net 7 upgrade has been basically completed. Now there is only file upload Needs to be reimplemented. These will continue to be developed in the main branch.
